1. Print-on-Demand Order Fulfillment
Our store utilizes a print-on-demand dropshipping model via Printify, Inc..
  • Product Customization: Every product listed on our store is unique, custom-printed, and manufactured only after an order is placed.
  • Fulfillment Independent Contractor: Printify partners with a global network of independent print providers. We do not own, print, manufacture, or hold physical inventory of any products ourselves.
2. Pricing and Payments
  • Rates: All prices listed are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material or third-party print carrier rates.
  • Charges: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
3. Shipping and Delivery Disclaimers
  • Production Estimates: Production times listed on our site are average estimates provided by Printify's print providers. They are not fixed deadlines or legally binding delivery guarantees.
  • Transfer of Risk: Once a package leaves the manufacturing facility and is scanned by a third-party shipping courier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL), the legal risk of loss and title for the product passes entirely to you, the customer.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not liable for delayed transit or carrier errors. Items will only be deemed legally "lost" or eligible for a replacement following an investigation and approval by Printify's support network.
4. Manufacturing Variations and Accuracy
  • Color Variances: Product mockup images are digital approximations. Because of variations in monitor calibration, fabric materials, and direct-to-garment (DTG) ink settings, we do not guarantee an exact color match between digital previews and final physical items.
  • Sizing Tolerances: Print-on-demand apparel is subject to standard industry manufacturing variances. Physical dimensions may vary by up to 1 inch (2.54 cm) from the posted size charts.
5. Intellectual Property
  • Store Content: All graphic designs, text, and artwork featured on our products and website are our exclusive intellectual property or are legally licensed to us.
  • Unauthorized Reproduction: Any unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or resale of our unique designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
6. Limitation of Liability
