📦 Shipping Policy (Print-On-Demand Orders)

Processing Time

All items are made-to-order through our print partner.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
    (This includes production, quality checks, and packaging)

Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

👉 Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping


Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages since items can be produced at different facilities.


Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.


🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

You qualify for a free replacement or full refund.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence

Resolution

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, OR

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

No return is required for damaged or incorrect items.


Non-Eligible Refund Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Minor color or design variations due to printing


Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be canceled or updated shortly after purchase.

Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
